Qué es
Navegador NYC es un servicio gratuito que muestra lugares y programas de ayuda en Nueva York, con su fuente y la fecha en que se revisaron. Funciona en Claude, ChatGPT, WhatsApp y nuestra página web.
Información, no consejo legal
- Damos información y referidos. No damos consejo legal y usar el servicio no crea una relación de abogado y cliente.
- Para ayuda legal de inmigración, hable con un abogado con licencia o con un representante acreditado por el Departamento de Justicia (DOJ). Los notarios y los "consultores" no pueden dar ayuda legal de inmigración.
- Cuando revisamos un nombre contra las listas del DOJ, solo decimos si aparece en las listas que revisamos y en qué fecha. No garantizamos la identidad ni el trabajo de nadie.
Los datos pueden cambiar
Horarios, direcciones y requisitos cambian. Cada resultado muestra su fuente y la fecha de revisión: llame antes de ir. Algunos lugares todavía no han sido revisados por nuestro equipo y se marcan así.
Emergencias
No use este servicio para emergencias. Llame al 911. Para servicios de la ciudad, llame al 311.
Mensajes por WhatsApp
Solo enviamos un mensaje si usted lo pide y dice que sí. WhatsApp usa sus datos móviles o wifi, como cualquier mensaje.
Uso aceptable
No use el servicio para dañar a otras personas, enviar mensajes a números sin permiso, ni enviar información falsa sobre lugares.
Sin garantías
El servicio se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías. En la medida que permita la ley, no somos responsables por decisiones tomadas con base en esta información.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba muestra la última versión.

What it is
NYC Navigator is a free service that shows places and programs that help in New York City, each with its source and the date it was checked. It works in Claude, ChatGPT, WhatsApp and our website.
Information, not legal advice
- We give information and referrals. We do not give legal advice, and using the service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
- For immigration legal help, talk with a licensed attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice (DOJ). Notarios and "consultants" cannot give immigration legal help.
- When we check a name against the DOJ lists, we only say whether it appears on the lists we checked and on what date. We do not vouch for anyone's identity or work.
Data can change
Hours, addresses and requirements change. Every result shows its source and checked date: call before you go. Some places have not been reviewed by our team yet and are labeled that way.
Emergencies
Do not use this service for emergencies. Call 911. For city services, call 311.
WhatsApp messages
We only send a message when you ask for it and say yes. Your carrier's data rates may apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harm others, message numbers without permission, or submit false information about places.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on this information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
